The Aurora Borealis from Jacobs Ladder Beach, Sidmouth!
 
Set my alarm for the early hours of this morning with the intention of getting some Milky Way photos.. THEN THIS HAPPENED?! I was amazed that I could see the pink glow whilst stood on this South Coast beach! Although you can't see all the "bands" as they are hidden by the cliff, it is pretty incredible to witness!
You may also notice in the image the tail end of the Milky Way above Jacobs Ladder. The low tide also allowed for the glow to reflect on the wet sand!
